We would be delighted to help you with your reservation or with further information for planning your holiday in West Cornwall.
Ednovean Farm’s rates for 2022 are now live on Free-to-book. Seasonal rates range between £100 – £145 per room per night for B&B for two people.
Minimum stays apply for advanced booking this year.
Reservation for B&B Special Offers
Make a direct reservation for Bed and Breakfast at Ednovean Farm for a Summer holiday of five nights or more and receive a generous 5% discount. Why not book seven nights and receive a full 10% discount?


The Apricot Room
A contemporary country style double en suite bedroom with a vintage twist. Private terrace with a view across our gardens to the sea. We have now created a private entrance for this bedroom, through a charming courtyard.

The Blue Room
A spacious, double en suite bedroom with relaxed decor and new King sized bed. French doors open to private terrace, with lovely garden and sea views, across Mounts Bay to St Michael’s Mount, Penzance and Mousehole.

The Pink Room
This romantic nostalgic four-poster en-suite bedroom with exposed stone walls, softened by silk wall hangings. Views across the courtyard towards the sea. Regretfully the Pink bedroom is closed this year. as it is in the farmhouse.

Summer holidays
The Blue and Apricot Bedrooms are available for Summer breaks @ £145 and £130 per night, for TWO people Bed and Breakfast (N.B. Only Five to Seven day plus stays are eligible to receive a discount!)
Special Winter and Spring getaway
Now available from £100 per night for two. A perfect getaway for walking the coastal footpath, enjoying hot chocolate in local beach cafes and leisurely suppers beside the fire in classic Cornish pubs
Pre and post Christmas Breaks

Covid-19 info 2023
When hosting your holiday at Ednovean Farm we remain wary of the easy transition of Covid. Therefore for our guests safety we offer a separate dedicated breakfast room for each bedroom. We will avoid entering your private space throughout your stay unless you request a refresh for your bedroom. We have found over the last couple of years that our guests have enjoyed the privacy of uninterrupted leisure!
You may reserve you holiday at Ednovean farm by paying a deposit of £25 – £100. This will depend on the number of days and number of rooms reserved. The balance for your holiday in Cornwall will be due prior to your arrival
Check in will be between 4.00*p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
* We allow ample time to thoroughly air your bedroom, both prior and after cleaning, to ensure your safety.
