Breakfast brings guests to our long Oak Refectory table, lit by candles in winter, and with the stable door flung open to bathe the room in shafts of sunlight in Summer.
We serve fresh fruits carefully prepared, organic yogurt. muesli, creamy porridge and cereals followed by locally smoked kippers or a Full English Breakfast with local free range eggs accompanied by local breads, chunky Marmalade or fruit Conserve. with a lighter option of warmed Croissants or poached eggs. Guests may also order a Continental Breakfast to be delivered to their room or choose to carry a tray to a lush hidden corner in the garden.

For guests making an early departure we will of course provide an overnight breakfast tray in their Bedroom, to eat at their leisure.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:30am to 9:00am or a continental breakfast can be delivered to your bedroom.

We strongly recommend reserving a table prior to arrival at the very popular Victoria Inn in the village of Perranuthnoe which has a plethora of fine dining awards and is just a short walk across our fields (but bring a torch for darker evenings!)

We have a cosy guest sitting room stacked with DVD’s for our guests and a charming open garden room for the summer months, Breakfast is served in our own family dining room and the acre and a half of lovely formal and sub tropical style gardens and courtyards is a favorite spot for our guests.

Arrivals and departures
Arrive for a complimentary pot of tea after 4.00 p.m. – please let us know if you will be later than 6.00p.m. We do not disturb our guests with late night arrivals.
We hope you have a great holiday but will need you to check out by 10.30 but we hope to welcome you back again very soon!
Ednovean Farm is a smoke free bed and breakfast for grown ups only
Ednovean Farm is a smoke free B&B both in the gardens so that our guest can enjoy the fresh salt air from the sea and the scent of the herbs that hang in the courtyards and the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms in line with current legislation.
Our house and gardens were designed for grown ups, with relaxing romantic breaks, celebrations or longer holidays in mind and our minimum guest age is sixteen years.
To preserve the quiet atmosphere and privacy of our guests please do not invite unregistered visitors.
Sorry we do not accommodate pets either in the car or house (i say pets because somebody once arrived with a parrot!)
Deposits and Cancellations
Our room rate for each room is for two people for bed and breakfast. The first night charge or your say will be payable in advance as a deposit upon booking for reservations of up to five nights. The deposit required for weekly bookings will increase – please speak to Charles for details.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10 GBP per booking will be made to cover administration and credit/debit charges.
Please do obtain holiday cancellation insurance.
How to find us
Travelling to Cornwall by Air, Rail or Road
West Cornwall has never been more accessible with huge improvements to the A30 road through the west country over the years. The nearest railway station to Ednovean Farm is in Penzance or why not fly in to Newquay Airport with direct services from Germany, Spain, Ireland and the UK and collect a hire car from there.
