Autumn can bring its own consolation with days of bright sunshine hen summer lingers on.
Sennen is the fabulous stretch of soft white sands that lies looking impossible beautiful between the Wolf Rock lighthouse, that guards Land’s End to the west and the jutting promontory of Cape Cornwall to the east. Perfect for a Sunday picnic in fact!
As the winter days stretch out before us I’ve found myself looking fondly back to the memories of our autumn beach adventures.
We enjoyed a lobster supper accompanied with a beautiful sunset over the sea last night, when we ate supper at Ben Tunnicliffe’s new restaurant at Sennen Beach
The drive between Land’s End and St Ives has been voted one of the nations favorite drives. as it winds between villages and cairns flanked by the sea
October can often bring an Indian Summer and this was a perfect time for us to dally on the long swatherof silver gold sands of Sennen once more
