Don’t forget to change your clock!!

the clocks change

This is the weekend when British Summer Time ends or we “Fall back” and as the mornings grow darker it isn’t a minute too soon for me! The blushing pink dawn that we enjoyed for a week has given way to a sulky twilight when we get up now to feed and care for our horses before starting to prepare our guests breakfast back in the Farmhouse.

So at 2.00 am on the last Sunday in October the clocks are put back and we can enjoy an extra hour in bed until the 27th of March 2016 when alas we have to get up an hour earlier again! Mind you I’m not sure if Spud-Cat will notice as his bed is a moveable feast to be enjoyed for most of the day!Memo about clocks changing
