The glorious month of May and nature has woven a silken thread thorough the garden spontaneous reclaiming the carefully planned spaces with flamboyant mischievously places flowers as though she chose to sprinkle a little fairy dust across the landscape. The sea has never glowed as blue as it has this May, to make a perfect backdrop to our days in the garden and we’ve been busy re ordering some of the spaces in the Italian Garden. We took a walk through nature’s garden around Land’s End this week along dramatic cliff tops laced with bluebells tumbling towards the sea. May has been a fabulous month in Cornwall and so for a couple of hours we stole away to thread our way through the wild flowers and watched the sea swirl around the rocks below in the far most southwesterly tip of the British Isles at Land’s End Land’s End
That big “B” in B&B or Bed and Breakfast to give it the full name, was tested this week by an undercover inspector from the AA, who booked in incognito to stay overnight and road test our home for you.

This spring the Continental offering of soft warm croissants that gently fill the air with a delicious bakery smells, have proved irresistible to honeymooners this spring and we’ve even enjoyed breakfast in the garden ourselves on more than one occasion, this glorious spring.
